Return and Exchange Policy

• Product exchange and return are allowed within 14 days from the date of receipt
• The original invoice must be attached at the branch to execute any procedure related to any exchange or return process
• The item must be in the same condition as purchased (unused - unmodified - unperfumed - including barcode)
